4. Token System

4.1 Token Acquisition

Tokens may be acquired through:

  • Referral programs
  • Social media sharing
  • Direct purchase through the token store

4.2 Token Usage

Tokens are used to:

  • Enter skill-based games (5 tokens per game)
  • Enter monthly prize draws
  • Purchase additional entries or features

4.3 Token Validity

Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Tokens are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or gifted to other users. We reserve the right to expire or invalidate tokens in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Games and Competitions

5.1 Skill-Based Games

All games on the Platform are skill-based competitions. Winners are determined by:

  • Objective performance metrics (score, time, accuracy, etc.)
  • Leaderboard rankings at the time of prize pool completion
  • Fair play and adherence to game rules

5.2 Prize Pools

Prize pools accumulate through token entries. Prizes are awarded when:

  • The prize pool reaches 20,000 tokens
  • The competition period ends
  • Winners are verified and confirmed

5.3 Fair Play

Any form of cheating, manipulation, or abuse is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Using automated scripts or bots
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Collusion or coordination with other players
  • Any other method that provides an unfair advantage

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of tokens and prizes, and legal action.

6. Monthly Prize Draws

6.1 Entry Requirements

Monthly prize draws are free to enter for registered users. Each subscriber may enter once per monthly draw period. Entry is automatic upon account registration and daily check-in.

6.2 Draw Process

Winners are selected:

  • At random from all eligible entries
  • On the specified draw date
  • Using a verifiable random selection method

6.3 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and/or platform notification within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 30 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in prize forfeiture.

7. Prize Fulfillment

7.1 Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided in your account within 60 days of winner verification, subject to:

  • Successful identity verification
  • Completion of any required documentation
  • Prize availability
  • Delivery location restrictions

7.2 Prize Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prize values are based on manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) at the time of the competition.

7.3 Taxes and Fees

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize receipt. We may require tax information before prize delivery. Prize values may be reported to tax authorities as required by law.

8. Payment and Refunds

Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software, code, and technical infrastructure
  • Game designs and mechanics
  • Trademarks and brand elements

is owned by 4FREE.global or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with Platform operations or security

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or data loss

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4FREE.global, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others
  • Any content you submit or transmit

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the Platform or other users
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Tokens and prizes may be forfeited in cases of violation.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

  1. Good Faith Negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to mediation in accordance with South African mediation rules
  3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court where necessary.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 4FREE.global regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
